Turkish native, Daghan Erdogdu, was born in Nevsehir, Cappadocia , where he spent his childhood. Upon acceptance to the Middle East Technical University (METU) in the late 1990`s, he moved to Ankara to study Mechanical Engineering. Shortly after arriving at METU, he realized his passion for teaching, sharing and showing Turkish history and values to his fellow friends. While in school he began arranging student tours to his hometown in Cappadocia.
His enthusiasm as an amateur guide in his hometown ultimately led him to become a professional. Daghan has over 14 years of professional guiding experience and is currently accredited and licensed by the Turkish Government. He is fully qualified to guide through all historical, archaeological and biblical sites in Turkey.

He also presently holds membership in the Federation of Turkish Tourist Guide Associations (TUREB) and METU Outdoor Sports Club (ODST).
A past client sums everything up perfectly in his quote, “Daghan is a remarkable young man with outstanding qualities of knowledge, maturity, enthusiasm, dedication, compassion, friendship and a great sense of humor.”
